Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the timepiece you wish to return and generate your unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the watch in its original presentation box, including all protective films, manuals, and the stamped warranty card to ensure a full refund.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the exterior of your shipping carton, ensuring all previous labels are covered.
Inspection and Refund
Once our master watchmakers verify the condition of the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
